By using the Avensus Technologies Business Management System, you agree to these terms. The service includes invoice management, quotations, delivery notes, customer management, and financial tracking.
You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Use the service only for lawful business purposes. Do not share credentials, attempt unauthorized access, or transmit harmful content. Comply with all applicable Zambian laws and regulations.
You retain all rights to your business data. We do not claim ownership of your information and will not sell or share it with third parties except as required by law.
Subscription fees are billed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) in advance. All fees are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporarily suspend service for improvements.
You may terminate your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you retain access until the end of your billing period.
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or business interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Disputes shall be resolved in Zambian courts.
